Located at 2-2880 Wesbrook Mall in the UBC Greek Village, the house is home to many of the chapter's brothers and hosts our events and activities.
All in-house brothers buy into a meal plan from September to April, with lunches and dinners prepared by our chef every weekday. Out-of-house brothers and friends of the chapter can opt in to the meal plan or buy a meal card.

We recruit on character, not on type. The chapter is stronger because the guys in it are different from each other.
All kinds of guys
Some of our guys run clubs, some play varsity, a few live in the library, and a couple are first-years still figuring out what they're about.
Club presidents, varsity athletes, library regulars, and first-years still figuring it out.
School first
We take school seriously and study a lot. Brothers have landed internships at McKinsey, EY, KPMG, and Citibank, and a few run their own businesses.

2The 1855 Plan
Dues don't cover a 77-year-old house.
For a long time the chapter ran on dues and party revenue. It's bigger now and the house is older, so alumni and parents give to one of three funds.
